A 20-minute TMS intake that doesn't feel rushed
The intake script and the three forms that get a new patient from referral to first treatment in under a week.

Most TMS intakes feel rushed because they're trying to do three jobs at once: clinical, administrative, and educational. Split them.
The clinical 10 minutes
Confirm the diagnosis, prior trials, and contraindications. Nothing else. The chart already has the rest.
The administrative 5 minutes
Insurance verified, card on file, missed-appointment policy signed, communication preferences set. Done.
The educational 5 minutes
What a session feels like, what week three usually feels like, what to call about. A one-page handout — not a PDF email — does the heavy lifting.
