How does per-chair pricing work?+
You pay $149 per active TMS chair per month, with a $199 minimum for solo clinics. Staff seats are unlimited — only chairs are billed. Add or remove chairs anytime; changes are prorated on your next invoice.
What counts as a chair?+
A chair is one TMS treatment device or station you actively schedule patients into. If a device is parked or out for service, mark it inactive and it stops billing on the next cycle.
What about multi-location groups?+
Groups running multiple sites get custom pricing tailored to your footprint and operational complexity. Reach out via the demo form.
Do I need to bring my own Stripe?+
Yes. Polaris connects to your Stripe account so payouts go directly to you. Stripe's standard processing fees apply.
Annual billing or discount?+
Yes. Annual prepay is 12-for-10 — pay for 10 months, get 12. That's about 17% off the monthly rate. Solo clinics still respect the $199 floor.
How do you handle PHI?+
